Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Real Estate , Insurance and Financials sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 1.11% to hit a new all time high.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Camtek Ltd (TASE: CAMT ), which rose 6.26% or 2,020.00 points to trade at 34,300.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Energix (TASE: ENRG ) added 4.00% or 49.00 points to end at 1,274.00 and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE: TEVA ) was up 3.49% or 263.00 points to 7,793.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were NICE Ltd (TASE: NICE ), which fell 0.36% or 220.00 points to trade at 61,590.00 at the close. Bank Hapoalim (TASE: POLI ) declined 0.30% or 14.00 points to end at 4,645.00 and Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE: TSEM ) was down 0.27% or 50.00 points to 18,740.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 325 to 141 and 71 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was up 1.47% or 1.12 to $77.49 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.08% or 0.86 to hit $80.78 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.68% or 18.31 to trade at $2,700.61 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 0.43% to 3.61, while EUR/ILS fell 0.50% to 3.72.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.27% at 108.82.
