Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Telecoms , Technology and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 lost 0.38%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Kojamo (HE: KOJAMO ), which rose 2.10% or 0.20 points to trade at 9.74 at the close. Meanwhile, Neste Oyj (HE: NESTE ) added 0.64% or 0.05 points to end at 7.58 and Mandatum Oyj (HE: MANTA ) was up 0.44% or 0.03 points to 5.99 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Elisa Oyj (HE: ELISA ), which fell 1.75% or 0.80 points to trade at 44.98 at the close. Qt Group Oyj (HE: QTCOM ) declined 1.36% or 0.95 points to end at 68.70 and Hiab Oyj (HE: HIAB ) was down 1.27% or 0.48 points to 37.32.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 88 to 82 and 18 ended unchanged.
Shares in Mandatum Oyj (HE: MANTA ) rose to all time highs; up 0.44% or 0.03 to 5.99.
Brent oil for June delivery was up 2.84% or 1.87 to $67.72 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in May rose 3.12% or 1.95 to hit $64.42 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 1.06% or 35.46 to trade at $3,310.94 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.25% to 1.14, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.34% to 0.86.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.01% at 99.15.
