Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Healthcare , Consumer Goods and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 3.85%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE: NOVOb ), which rose 7.13% or 41.40 points to trade at 622.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE: ZELA ) added 4.50% or 33.50 points to end at 778.50 and Oersted AS (CSE: ORSTED ) was up 3.58% or 9.20 points to 266.10 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Novozymes A/S B (CSE: NSISb ), which fell 2.65% or 10.80 points to trade at 397.00 at the close. Demant A/S (CSE: DEMANT ) declined 1.65% or 4.80 points to end at 286.00 and Jyske Bank A/S (CSE: JYSK ) was down 1.30% or 7.00 points to 532.50.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 72 to 57 and 20 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.12% or 0.09 to $74.53 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.13% or 0.10 to hit $78.39 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.69% or 19.05 to trade at $2,784.05 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.91% to 7.10, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.03% to 7.46.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.72% at 107.08.
