Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Financials , Investment and Public Services sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Grupo Nutresa SA (BVC: NCH ), which rose 5.09% or 4,460.00 points to trade at 92,000.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Cementos Argos Pf (BVC: CCB_p ) added 4.86% or 500.00 points to end at 10,780.00 and Corporacion Financiera Colombiana (BVC: CFV_p ) was up 2.78% or 400.00 points to 14,800.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ecopetrol SA (BVC: ECO ), which fell 1.87% or 35.00 points to trade at 1,835.00 at the close. Celsia SA (BVC: CEL ) declined 1.87% or 70.00 points to end at 3,680.00 and Grupo Argos SA Pref (BVC: ARG_p ) was down 1.52% or 220.00 points to 14,300.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 1 to 0.

US coffee C for March delivery was up 0.37% or 1.20 to $328.35 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in March rose 6.39% or 671.00 to hit $11,173.00 , while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.61% or 16.90 to trade at $2,731.80 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.52% to 4,323.35, while BRL/COP rose 0.26% to 716.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 1.18% at 107.91.
