Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Industrials , Services and Agriculture sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP added 0.78%.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Canacol Energy Ltd (BVC: CNE ), which rose 2.00% or 260.00 points to trade at 13,260.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Grupo Energia Bogota SA ESP (BVC: GEB ) added 0.78% or 20.00 points to end at 2,600.00 and Mineros SA (BVC: MAS ) was up 0.36% or 15.00 points to 4,215.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores SA Pref (BVC: GAA_p ), which fell 1.71% or 8.00 points to trade at 460.00 at the close. Banco Davivienda Pf (BVC: DVI_p ) declined 1.51% or 280.00 points to end at 18,240.00 and Ecopetrol SA (BVC: ECO ) was down 1.40% or 25.00 points to 1,755.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.

US coffee C for March delivery was up 3.58% or 10.88 to $314.58 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in March rose 4.89% or 460.00 to hit $9,861.00 , while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.81% or 21.65 to trade at $2,654.55 a troy ounce.

USD/COP was down 0.36% to 4,411.78, while BRL/COP rose 0.08% to 733.72.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.54% at 105.72.
